PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent nesting by birds while suppressing a burden on installation and a burden on maintenance.SOLUTION: A bird repelling tool 100 comprises: a sheet-shaped base material 101 formed of a material containing a stimulator a marking 102 arranged on one surface of the base material 101 so as to mimic an eye and a fixing material for fixing the base material 101 onto an object to be attached.
