The present invention relates to a waterless shampoo and, more particularly, to a waterless shampoo which contains: 2 to 6 wt% of sodium cocoyl glutamate 0.5 to 5 wt% of cocamidopropyl betaine and 0.1 to 1 wt% of totarol.
