PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trim loss by effectively utilizing trims.
SOLUTION: When manufacturing disposable diaper pants including an exterior sheet 12 with a leg insertion part, and a first absorbent body 56 provided at a part other than the leg insertion part in the exterior sheet 12, a part LB to be at least the leg insertion part in the exterior sheet 12 is formed by sticking an outer side layer 12S and an inner side layer 12H to each other, and out of the part LB to be the leg insertion part, the outer side layer 12S and the inner side layer 12H are not joined at a part of the peripheral edge and a part surrounded by the peripheral edge, and the outer side layer 12S and the inner side layer 12H are joined at the rest of the peripheral edge. Thereafter, the part LB to be the leg insertion part in the exterior sheet 12 is cut off from the other main part, and a bag body formed from the cutoff part LB and the absorbent body formed from a main part are simultaneously formed.
