The bone nail includes: a front unit (2) which is determined to insert one or more bones (14, 15, 16) and bone fragments into the heel and has a tip (3)； and a main unit (4) which extends from the front unit (2) and has a rear end (5) and has an arc-shape. The main unit (4) is tapered to allow the cross-sectional diameter of the main unit (4) to increase toward the rear end (5) within at least one first section (20). According to embodiments, the curvature of the arc-shaped main unit (4) includes radius of curvature of at least 130 mm (rc).
