PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automatically wilting a raw leaf, capable of sequentially and automatically carrying out a sunlight wilting step, a leaf-shaking step and a still-standing and wilting step by devices and conveying means, and stably and precisely carrying out the wilting process of the raw leaf.SOLUTION: The system for automatically wilting the raw leaves is equipped with an electromagnetic-wave wilting device 1 for carrying out an ultraviolet wilting step by irradiating the raw leaves with ultraviolet rays while conveying the raw leaves, a leaf-shaking device 2 for carrying out the leaf-shaking step by imparting fine injuries while conveying the tea leaves, and a still-standing and wilting device 3 for carrying out the still-standing and wilting step while conveying the tea leaves.
