PURPOSE: A functional cosmetic composition containing green tea extract is provided to have a remarkable antioxidant effect as the content of polyphenol and flavonoid is high compared to the green tea extraction by the existing ethanol extraction method.CONSTITUTION: A functional cosmetic composition containing green tea extract is extracted from green tea leaves under the condition of at 38deg.C and 198 to 200 atmosphere with using supercritical carbon dioxide.
