PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic imaging support system providing information to be a hint of a diagnosis on the basis of information acquired from a tomographic image and, even when a user does not have medical knowledge or does not have enough medical knowledge, supporting to smoothly progress the diagnosis.SOLUTION: A diagnostic imaging support system 10 for performing image processing of a tomographic image captured by a medical image capturing apparatus 30, starts image processing by an image processing control unit 11, when a first tomographic image is stored in PACS 40. An image registration unit 12, after segmenting an image area of a brain as one image processing, deforms tomographic images such that the first tomographic image matches a previously-stored second tomographic image. An analysis processing unit 13 searches for similar cases or the like using the results. A display control unit 14 displays on a display part, information of the similar cases obtained by the analysis processing unit 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 断層画像から得られる情報をもとに診断のヒントとなる情報を提供し、ユーザに医学的知識が無い、または、不足している場合であっても診断を円滑に進められるよう、支援する画像診断支援システムを提供する。【解決手段】 医用画像撮影装置３０において撮影された断層画像の画像処理を行う画像診断支援装置１０において、ＰＡＣＳ４０に第一の断層画像が保存されたことを起因として、画像処理制御部１１により画像処理が開始される。画像レジストレーション部１２は、画像処理の１つとして、脳の画像領域をセグメンテーションした上で、第一の断層画像と事前に保存されている第二の断層画像とを一致するように変形させる。この結果を用いて、解析処理部１３により、類似症例の検索等が行われる。表示制御部１４は解析処理部１３により得られた類似症例の情報を表示部に表示させる。【選択図】 図１
