PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove noise accumulated in a sensor while simplifying sensor driving just before photographing, in a photographing apparatus having a photographing part for regularly executing initialization driving during standby of photographing.SOLUTION: In accordance with a period from the completion of initialization driving to receiving of a photographing instruction signal, a driving destination part 403 determines whether to perform photographing after executing the initialization driving or to perform photographing without executing the initialization driving.
