PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic oil-in-water type emulsion food having improved freezing resistance.SOLUTION: The acidic oil-in-water type emulsion food contains heat-soluble gummy particles in the undissolved states and oil drops dispersed in the water phase of the acidic oil-in-water type emulsion food.
