The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a water culture nutrient solution. The apparatus comprises: a raw water storage tank for storing raw water； a fluid crusher for converting the raw water supplied from the raw water storage tank into alkaline water with an increased amount of dissolved oxygen by finely crushing the raw water； a pH adjustment tank which is installed so as to adjust a pH of the raw water discharged from the fluid crusher； a cultivation container for storing the raw water supplied from the pH adjustment tank； an air supplier which is installed so as to supply air to the raw water stored in the cultivation container； and a water flow generator which is installed so as to circulate the raw water stored in the cultivation container in order to convert nitrogen contained in the air of the raw water into an anion state and evaporate ammonia by raising the water temperature. Therefore, the present invention enables crops to be quickly harvested due to activated growth of stems and leaves of crops by injecting air while circulating the water culture nutrient solution and increasing the amount of nitrogen and dissolved oxygen in the water culture nutrient solution.본 발명은 수경재배용 양액의 제조장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 원수를 저장하는 원수저장조； 원수저장조에서 공급된 원수를 미세하게 분쇄하여 용존산소량이 증가된 알칼리수로 변환시키는 유체분쇄기； 유체분쇄기에서 배출된 원수의 pH농도를 조정하도록 설치된 pH조정탱크； pH조정탱크에서 공급된 원수를 저장하는 재배용기； 재배용기에 저장된 원수에 공기를 공급하도록 설치된 공기공급기； 및 원수 내의 공기에 함유된 질소를 음이온 상태로 변환시키고, 수온을 상승시켜 암모니아를 휘발시키기 위해 재배용기에 저장된 원수를 순환시키도록 설치된 수류발생기；를 포함함으로써, 양액을 순환시키면서 공기를 투입하여 양액 내의 질소 함유량 및 용존산소량을 높임으로써, 작물의 줄기와 잎의 성장이 활발해져 빠른 수확이 가능하도록 된 것이다.
