An object of this invention is to provide the manufacturing method of the frozen mesenchymal cell which maintained the survival rate and adhesion rate similar to the cell which passed through the culture cultivation process, without passing through the process of culturing a cell. In the present invention, the tissue was treated with a proteolytic enzyme, and the cells were dispersed and cryopreserved to maintain the same survival rate and adhesion rate as the cells that had undergone the culturing step without passing through the cell culturing step.
