PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying device having a sterilization function in which hot water heated by heat generated at a thermionic element is circulated under a closed loop structure to convert inflow air into a high temperature wet air to enable an efficient dehumidification to be carried out even under an environment of a low indoor temperature, enable it to act as an air purification function to be carried out through disinfection during an air warming process and enable the high temperature wet air to be converted into a low temperature dry air having water content removed through absorption of heat at the thermionic element and discharged to prevent increasing in the indoor temperature, not increasing the external temperature but including disinfection function.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a dehumidifying device in which liquid stored in a heating tank 300 contacted with a heat generating part 210 of a thermionic element 200 is heated and the heated liquid is circulated at an air heating pipe 500 under a closed loop structure by a circulation pump 400 connected to the heating tank 300, and an external air flowing into an air inflow port 126 is converted into a high temperature wet air that can be easily dehumidified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5【課題】本発明は、熱電素子の発熱により温められた温水を閉ループ構造で循環させて流入する空気を高温の湿っぽい空気に変換して、室内温度の低い環境でも効率良い除湿がなされることができ、空気が温められる過程で殺菌を通じての空気浄化機能を兼ねることができ、熱電素子の吸熱により高温の湿っぽい空気を水分が除去された低温の乾燥した空気に変換排出して室内温度上昇を防止してくれる外部温度を上昇させないで殺菌機能を含む除湿装置を提供する。【解決手段】熱電素子200の発熱部210と接触した加熱タンク300に内蔵された液体が加熱され、加熱された液体を加熱タンク300と連結された循環ポンプ400により空気加熱管500を閉ループ構造で循環させる除湿装置であって、空気流入口126に流入する外部空気を除湿しやすい高温の湿っぽい空気に変換する。【選択図】図5
