A composition, comprising (1) an anti-tumor drug conjugated with a water soluble polymer, wherein the antitumor drug is paclitaxel, docetaxel etoposide, teniposide, camptothecin or epothilone, and in which the water soluble polymer is poly ( 1-glutamic acid), poly (d-glutamic acid), or poly (dlglutamic acid), and wherein said polymer has a molecular weight of 30,000 to 60,000； and (2) a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle solution.Una composición, que comprende (1) un fármaco anti-tumoral conjugado con un polímero soluble en agua,en el que el fármaco antitumoral es paclitaxel, docetaxel etopósido, tenipósido, camptotecina o epotilona, y enel que el polímero soluble en agua es poli(ácido 1-glutámico), poli(ácido d-glutámico), o poli(ácido dlglutámico),y en el que dicho polímero tiene un peso molecular de 30.000 a 60.000； y (2) una soluciónvehículo farmacéuticamente aceptable.
