A pill access mechanism comprises a pneumatic loop device, a cam and a plurality of accessing devices, and the pneumatic loop device includes a rotating shaft and a rail transversally formed on a surface of the rotating shaft, and two of the accessing devices are coupled to the rail, and the cam is sheathed on an external side of the rotating shaft of the pneumatic loop device, so that the two accessing devices on the rail are situated on both sides of the cam respectively, and a first working surface is defined on an internal wall of the cam, and opposite second working surfaces are defined on both side surfaces of the cam. When the rotating shaft drives the accessing device to rotate, the second working surface makes the two accessing devices on the rail to produce corresponding movements in directions opposite to each other.
