The present invention relates to a novel eye-protecting bath heater which includes a mounting plate inside which an electronic control device is arranged one side of the mounting plate is provided with an illuminating apparatus the illuminating apparatus is connected with the electronic control device, and includes three bulbs and four bath heater bulbs are uniformly distributed in the center of the mounting plate, and the center of the four bath heater bulbs is provided with a fan. According to the novel eye-protecting bath heater provided by the present invention, all of the four bath heater bulbs are equipped with protecting covers so as to ensure the safety of a user the center of the four bath heater bulbs is provided with the fan, which can blow heat generated by the bath heater to the inside of a room, thereby quickening the indoor temperature-raising speed and saving energy source in the meantime, the fan has a certain heat dissipation function, which plays a certain function role in protecting the bulbs of the bath heater and the surfaces of the three bulbs are plated with different-color plating films which alternatively occur every 5-10 minutes, so as to reduce visual fatigue.
