The present invention relates to separable noodles and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the separable noodles comprise: a core formed by extruding an ingredient in the longitudinal direction through a discharge pipe of a pressing molding machine； and an outer cover which is formed to position the core therein by extruding a dough, having starch as a main ingredient, in the longitudinal direction through a pressing tube of the pressing molding machine, wherein a cutting line is formed in a portion of the outer cover. Therefore, noodles can be taken separately depending on the preferences of a user, and ingredients such as noodles, meat and the like can be taken at once by putting one or more ingredients inside the noodles.본 발명은 분리형 국수 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 분리형 국수는, 재료를 가압성형기의 배출관을 통해 길이방향으로 압출시켜 형성하는 심재와, 전분을 주성분으로 하는 반죽을 상기 가압성형기의 가압관을 통해 길이방향으로 압출시켜 내부에 상기 심재가 위치하도록 형성하는 외피를 포함하며, 상기 외피의 일 부분에는 절취라인이 형성된다.이에 따라, 사용자의 기호에 따라 국수의 면발을 분리하여 취식할 수 있으며, 국수의 면발 내부에 하나 또는 그 이상의 재료가 삽입되어 면발과 고기 등의 재료를 한번에 취식할 수 있다.
