The present invention relates to an environment control system for a seaweed land farm facility, capable of allowing a facility manager to easily manage and repair the facility, and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the environment control system for a seaweed land farm facility comprises: the seaweed land farm facility； an Internet/mobile communication network/low power wide area (LPWA) having a function for connecting the seaweed land farm facility, a mobile terminal, and a seaweed land farm facility environment control server； the seaweed land farm facility environment control server； the mobile terminal having a function for monitoring environment measurement information and a control situation of the seaweed land farm facility and inputting a control command； and a facility manager server allowing the facility manager to monitor the corresponding control situation and input a control command.본 발명은 해조류 육상양식장시설의 환경제어시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 해조류 육상양식장시설의 환경제어에 있어 센서를 통한 환경측정정보 수집, 수집정보를 체계적으로 관리하는 환경측정 및 환경관찰 DB, 최적의 제어 판단을 위한 환경기준 및 환경관찰기준 DB, 이를 통해 최적의 제어 로직을 추론하는 기능을 구현함으로써, 일반 육상양식장에서도 해조류 양식 환경을 정밀하게 관리하고, 해조류 육상양식장시설에서 발생되는 상황을 종합적으로 관리하도록 스마트기기를 이용하여 해조류 육상양식장시설의 상황을 시설관리자에게 실시간으로 알려주고, 시설관리자는 시설의 상태를 확인하고 스마트기기를 이용하여 시설장비를 직접 제어하여 해조류 육상양식장시설의 상황에 대처하도록 함으로써, 시설관리자가 시설관리 및 보수를 용이하게 할 수 있다.해조류 육상양식장시설에 해수온도, 영양상태, 조도, 염분, 용존산소량, 용존질소량 등의 환경을 측정할 수 있는 센서를 설치하고, 이동통신망 및 유선/무선인터넷 또는 사물인터넷에 활용되는 저전력 장거리통신(Low Power Wide Area: LPWA) 기술 또는 LTE-MTC(Machine Type Communication)의 통신 네트워크를 적용하여, 해조류 육상양식장시설별로 전송되는 환경측정정보와 환경관찰정보, 시설제어정보를 분석하여 해조류 육상양식장시설을 정밀하게 제어할 수 있고, 해조류 육상양식장시설의 환경과 해수온도제어기를 외부에서도 원격으로 모니터링 및 기기의 제어가 가능하도록 함으로써, 해조류 육상양식장시설에서 정화되어 방류되는 정화조 방류수의 수질이 엄격하게 관리되어 친환경적 해조류 육상양식장시설이 운용될 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
