PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly control posture of food in a processing liquid in a refrigerator equipped with a conveyor traveling in a cooling liquid under a waterline.SOLUTION: A food processing apparatus comprises a processing tank 110 filled with a processing liquid； a main conveyor 130 that travels on an endless track, at least a part of the main conveyor being submerged in the processing liquid 120, and conveys food on its food-loading surface； and an auxiliary conveyor 140 that travels on an endless track, at least a part of the auxiliary conveyor being submerged in the processing liquid 120 and located opposite the main conveyor 130, and travels at the same speed and in the same direction as the main conveyor belt 130. The food is conveyed while being sandwiched between the main conveyor 130 and the auxiliary conveyor 140. At least a part of the passage where the conveyors travel is submerged in the processing liquid 120 in the processing tank 110. When a frame body 170 for enclosing the food is supplied, the food may be conveyed while enclosed with the frame body 170.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT 【課題】 冷却用液体の喫水線下の液中を走行するコンベアを用いた冷凍装置において、確実に食品の処理液体中での姿勢を制御する。 【解決手段】 処理液体を満たした加工処理槽１１０と、少なくとも一部が処理液体１２０の中に浸漬した状態で無限軌道にて走行し、食品を食品搭載面に載置した状態で搬送する主コンベア装置１３０と、少なくとも一部が処理液体１２０の中に浸漬した状態で無限軌道にて走行し、主コンベア装置１３０に対向するよう位置して主搬送ベルト１３０と同速度かつ同方向に走行する副コンベア装置１４０を構成する。食品が主コンベア装置１３０と副コンベア装置１４０の間に挟まれて搬送され、その搬送経路の少なくとも一部が加工処理槽１１０の処理液体１２０中に浸漬した状態で走行する。食品を囲む枠体１７０を提供すれば食品を枠体１７０に囲んで搬送することもできる。【選択図】 図１
