PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house band fixing metal fitting by which a house band can be easily attached to a valley straight pipe in a short time, and a house band tightening/loosening device by which the house band can be easily tightened or loosened in a short time and an operation that covers or peels (rolling up) vinyl can be performed in an extremely short time.SOLUTION: A house band fixing metal fitting comprises: two circular parts 5 which are formed in a circular arc shape； a house band stop part 6 which connects one end parts of the circular parts 5； and a hook part 4 which is arranged at the other end part of the circular part 5. The hook part 4 is inserted into a hole provided in a valley straight pipe. Length of the circular part 5 is longer than a half of the circumference of the valley straight pipe when the house band fixing metal fitting is attached to the valley straight pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】 ハウスバンドを谷直管パイプに容易に短時間で取り付けることができるハウスバンド固定金具と、ハウスバンドを容易に短時間で締めたり緩めたりすることができ、ビニールを被せるもしくは剥がす（巻き上げる）という作業を非常に短時間で行うことが可能なハウスバンド締め緩め装置を提供する。【解決手段】 ハウスバンド固定金具は、円弧状に形成された２つの円形部５と、円形部５の一方の端部を連結するハウスバンド止め部６と、円形部５の他方の端部に設けられたフック部４を有し、フック部４は谷直管パイプに設けられた穴に差し込まれるものであり、谷直管パイプに取り付けた時に、円形部５の長さが谷直管パイプの円周の半分より長くなっている。【選択図】図３
