PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter apparatus not forming a minute gap in a sliding contact part of each shutter piece spreading or contracting an opening surrounded by a forming surface of a plurality of shutter pieces, in the shutter apparatus used for cutting apparatus, etc., for dividing a rod-like food dough into foods.SOLUTION: The shutter apparatus for forming foods is obtained arranging a plurality of shutter pieces 15 in a cyclic state so as to slidably slide a sliding surface 19 of adjacent separate shutter pieces 15 on forming surfaces 17 of shutter pieces and extendably forming an opening 9 surrounded by each forming surface 17 in a plurality of shutter piece 15.
