The present invention provides a rice transplanter capable of aligning an end of a seed tank by one-touch operation. The rice transplanter of the present invention comprises: a main shift lever to be operated by a user； a potentiometer for sensing an operation direction and an operation amount of the main shift lever； an electric control unit for controlling a rotation speed of an engine and an output of HST； a transplantation unit including a seed tank for loading a seedbed and a planting frame installed in the rear to support the seed tank； and a transplantation clutch for monitoring whether power is transferred to the transplantation unit. The rice transplanter further comprises: a seed tank aligning button for performing a function of aligning the seed tank on one end of the planting frame； and a control unit for controlling the transplantation clutch and the electric control unit.
