One embodiment of the present invention is a light irradiation system for a skin of a user containing a light irradiating unit and a light irradiating control unit. The light irradiating unit comprises: a first light source member having one or more light sources having a first wavelength； a second light source member having one or more light sources having a second wavelength larger than the first wavelength； a third light source member having one or more light sources having a third wavelength larger than the second wavelength； and a maintaining light source member having one or more light sources having a fourth wavelength in at least a range of an area overlapping with the first wavelength, the second wavelength and the third wavelength. The light irradiating control unit comprises: a first light source control member for controlling the first light source member； a second light source control member for controlling the second light source member； a third light source control member for controlling the third light source member； and a maintaining light source control member for controlling the maintaining light source member. The present invention differently controls levels of light of the first, second and third light source members irradiated from the light irradiating unit according to first, second and third periods sequentially through the light irradiating control unit, and maintains a level of light irradiated through the maintaining light source member.
