The present invention relates to an insulin and/or an analog conjugate thereof, produced by conjugating insulin and/or the analog thereof with an Fc region of immunoglobulin, thereby lasting for a long time in vivo and exhibiting improved stability. The present invention further relates to a use thereof. The insulin and/or the analog conjugate thereof shows similar activity as actual insulin in vivo.
