PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment implement of a marker attached to a surgical instrument and used as it is that does not affect a human body adversely, a method for detecting the surgical instrument left inside a body using the same, and a device for detecting the surgical instrument left inside the body.SOLUTION: The present invention includes an attachment implement of a near infrared phosphor marker that can be attached to a surgical instrument as it is, a method for detecting the surgical instrument left inside a body by attaching the same to the surgical instrument, and a device for detecting the surgical instrument left inside the body, composed of the attachment implement of the marker, a near infrared excitation reference light source, a camera for photographing a fluorescent light emitted from the phosphor, which is excited, and a display for displaying the image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の課題は、人体に悪影響がなく、かつ、手術具に付けてそのまま使用できるマーカー付設具、これを使用した手術具の体内残置検出方法、及び体内残置検出装置を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明の手段は、手術具にそのまま取り付けることが可能な近赤外線蛍光体のマーカー付設具であり、これを手術具に付設することによる体内残置検出方法であり、更に、マーカー付設具と、近赤外線励起参照光源と励起されて蛍光体が発する蛍光を撮影するカメラとその画像を表示する表示器とで構成する残置検出装置である。【選択図】図1
