PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tying trap for hunting wild boars or Japanese deers in which the damage of the tying trap by the harvested Japanese deers or others can be minimized, the motion stability of a trigger is enhanced, the young animals of the Japanese deers are not trapped by the trap, and installing operation is simplified.SOLUTION: The tying trap has a step plate 1 laid so as to cover a pitfall, a tying wire 3 in which one end is fixed on the ground and a tying ring 2 laid around the pitfall is formed in the other end, a flip-up arm 41 comprising a spring 4 for flipping up the tying ring 2, a tying wire passing ring 13 for movably passing the wire 3 is attached to a distal end part of the flip-up arm 41, a stake 5 for fixing the spring 4 is formed by folding the front end of a base arm 42 of the spring 4 and inserting the same into the ground surface, a locking device 7 for locking the flip-up arm 41 to a closed position and the L-shaped trigger 8 releasing the locking of the locking device 7 are attached to a pedestal 6 attached to the stake 5 by a rotatable fixing metal 9, the tying wire 3 is separatably fixed to the base arm 42 on the way, the trigger 8 is operated when stepping the step plate 1.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】猪、鹿等を捕るための括り罠において、捕獲された猪等によって括り罠が損傷を受けるのを最少にするとともに、引き金の動作安定性を向上させ、猪等の子供は罠に掛らないようにし、その設置作業も容易にする。【解決手段】落し穴を覆うように敷設する踏板1、一端を地上で固定し他端に落し穴の周りに敷設する括り輪2を形成する括りワイヤ3、括り輪2を上方へ跳ね上げるバネ4からなる跳上げアーム41、跳上げアーム41の先端部にワイヤ3を移動可能に通す括りワイヤ通し輪13を取付け、バネ4の基アーム42の先は折り曲げて地面に挿入してバネ4を固定する杭5を形成し、跳上げアーム41を閉じ位置に係止する係止装置7と、その係止装置7の係止を解くL字形状の引き金8を杭5に取付けた台座6に回転自由な固定金9で取付け、括りワイヤ3の途中を基アーム42に分離可能に固定し、踏板1を踏んだ時に引き金8を作動させるようにした。【選択図】図1
