The present invention provides a compound of Formula (I) and salt thereof, wherein, R is at least one selected from the group consisting of unsubstituted C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkyl substituted with C6-18 aryl or -OR1 and -C(=O)Z. The compound is S type protein kinase inhibitor bounded to the ATP binding site and substrate recognition site of the protein kinase inhibitor. The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of formula (I) and salt thereof and a pharmaceutical acceptable carrier.
