PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus capable of extending an allowable transillumination time while continuing transillumination even when the temperature of an X-ray tube device increases.SOLUTION: A temperature detector 103a, a tube moving mechanism 103b, and a position detector 103c are provided to an X-ray tube device 103 of an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus. A control part 201 acquires a temperature of a tube part of the X-ray tube device 103 detected by the temperature detector 103a, moves the tube part by the tube moving mechanism 103b according to the acquired temperature, and adjusts a distance (SID) between the tube part and the X-ray detector. The control part 201 adjusts an X-ray condition so that a dose on an image reception surface is constant before and after the movement. Thereby, transillumination can be performed by a smaller X-ray condition (tube current and tube voltage), an increase in temperature can be suppressed, and the transillumination time can be extended.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】X線管装置の温度が上昇した場合にも、透視を継続したまま透視可能時間を延長することが可能なX線画像診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】X線画像診断装置のX線管装置103に温度検出器103a、管球移動機構103b、位置検出器103cを設ける。制御部201は、温度検出器103aにより検出したX線管装置103の管球部の温度を取得し、取得した温度に応じて管球部を管球移動機構103bにより移動して管球部とX線検出器との間の距離(SID)を調整する。また、この移動の前後で受像面における線量が一定となるようにX線条件を調整する。そのため、より小さなX線条件(管電流、管電圧)で透視を行うことが可能となり、温度上昇を抑制して透視時間を延長できる。【選択図】図4
