In general, existing products measure the number of workouts by wearing a wearable device with a measuring device including an inertial sensor attached to the wrist. However, the existing product has a drawback in that it is difficult to measure the number of movements in the exercise in which the wrist is fixed, and it is impossible to measure the number of movements based on the originally input data and measure based on the behavioral characteristics of the user. The object of the present invention is to improve the conventional characteristics as described above, and it is possible to measure the number of movements even in a movement where the wrist is fixed by attaching an inertial sensor to a cotton hair band. In addition, it is intended to be able to measure the number of workouts based on the user's behavioral characteristics before exercise. The present invention is composed of three devices worn on both wrists and heads as follows to achieve the above object. First, the wristband 1 is a band that fixes the device to the wrist, an inertial sensor that detects the user's movement, and a Bluetooth transmitting device and detection that transmits data obtained through the inertial sensor to a display and transmits it to a personal smart device. It consists of a display device that visually shows the data to the user, and includes a band that allows such a device to be fixed to the wrist. The wristband 2 has the same configuration as the wristband 1, but does not include a display, and only the inertial sensor and transmission device are attached to perform the measurement function. The hair band is a type in which an inertial sensor and a transmitting device are embedded in a band that fixes the device to the head. According to the present invention, it is possible to measure the number of movements in the case of an exercise performed while the wrist is fixed, such as push-ups and pull-ups (chin-ups), as well as the movement of the wrist. In addition, it is
