A dispenser (1) of cryogenic substances (C), comprising: at least one pressurized container (2) configured to contain a predetermined amount of cryogenic substance (C), the container (2) showing at least one suitable opening (2a) to allow the cryogenic substance (C) to exit along an ejection direction (E), the container (2) comprising a valve (3) active in the opening (2a) and configured so that it is arranged in a normally closed state in which it prevents the cryogenic substance (C) from leaving the opening (2a), the valve (3) being additionally configured so that it is arranged, after an activation operation thereof, in a step state in which the valve (3) allows the exit of the cryogenic substance (C), at least one coupling element (4) comprising a first coupling portion (10) capable of stably limiting the element of coupling (4) to the container (2) sustan in the opening (2a), the coupling element (4) comprising a second coupling portion (11) emerging from the first coupling portion (10) distancing from it, the second coupling portion (11) comprising ) at least one locking portion (7) and at least one passage seat (8) angularly offset from each other with respect to an axis (A) that is substantially parallel to the ejection direction (E), at least one element of activation (5) cooperating with the second coupling portion (11) of the coupling element (4) so that the coupling element (5) is interposed between the container (2) and the activation element (5), comprising the activation element (5) a dispensing conduit (6) in fluid communication with the opening (2a) of the container (2) and configured to allow the emission of the cryogenic substance (C) to the external environment, the element also comprising activation (5) an active portion (9) capable of cooperating with the blocking portion (7) and the passage seat (8) of the coupling element (4), in which the activation element (5) is configured to define , in cooperation with the coupling element (4), at least
