PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating sterilization method for not generating highly viscous deposit without executing complicated preparation treatment of a stabilizer, in the case in which the highly viscous deposit is to be generated in a part of a container when cooling, to a room temperature after heating sterilization at high temperature, an infusion preparation including: a soft bag a cylindrical discharge port attached to the soft bag a communication blocking weak seal part formed so as to surround the discharge port a liquid chemical chamber for fixing at the time of use, formed as a communication space of the space inside the soft bag closer to the discharge port side than the communication blocking weak seal part and the space inside the discharge port and a liquid chemical for mixing at the time of use, which is housed in the liquid chemical chamber for mixing at the time of use and contains a non-ionic surfactant having a polyoxyethylene chain.SOLUTION: The heating sterilization is performed by adjusting an installation angle of the infusion preparation so as to be such a state that 70% or more of the liquid chemical for mixing at the time of use is housed in the space inside the discharge port.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】軟質バッグと、該軟質バッグに取り付けられた筒状の排出ポートと、該排出ポートを取り囲むように形成された連通阻害用弱シール部と、該連通阻害用弱シール部より排出ポート側の前記軟質バッグ内空間と前記排出ポート内空間との連通空間として形成された用時混合用薬液室と、該用時混合用薬液室に収容された、ポリオキシエチレン鎖を有する非イオン界面活性剤を含有する用時混合用薬液とを有する輸液製剤を、高温で加熱滅菌後に室温まで冷却すると、容器の一部に粘性の高い析出物が生じる場合において、 安定剤の複雑な製剤的処置を施さずに、粘性の高い析出物を生じさせない加熱滅菌方法を提供する。【解決手段】前記用時混合用薬液の70%以上が該排出ポート内空間に収容された状態になるよう該輸液製剤の設置角度を調整して加熱滅菌を行うことにより、上記課題が解決される。【選択図】図1
