The present invention relates to a sterilization tester. More specifically, the sterilization tester according to the present invention comprises: an ampoule accommodating a reagent while it is tightly sealed a microorganism strip containing microorganism a housing including an internal space part for accommodating the ampoule and the microorganism strip, an opened inlet formed at one end part, and a projection part formed at a lower side of the other end for supporting the microorganism strip so that the microorganism strip can be separated from the lower side and a stopper part closing the inlet of the housing and including a though-hole connecting an inner accommodation part of the housing to the outside.
