The present invention relates to a composition for promoting the proliferation of stem cells derived from bone marrow using an Angelica extract, and more specifically, to a composition for promoting the proliferation of stem cells derived from bone marrow by administering a granulocyte colony-stimulating factor to a subject and then administering an Angelica extract to the subject. The composition of the present invention remarkably reduces side effects, such as the enlargement of the spleen, which are caused by the administration of G-CSF alone for proliferation and differentiation of the stem cells, by being administration in combination with the Angelica extract, thereby further promoting the proliferation and differentiation of the stem cells.Linvention concerne une composition pouvant favoriser la prolifération de cellules souches dérivées de la moelle osseuse à laide dun extrait dAngelica. Elle concerne plus particulièrement, une composition pouvant favoriser la prolifération de cellules souches dérivées de la moelle osseuse, par administration dun facteur de stimulation de colonies granulocytaires à un sujet, suivie de ladministration dun extrait dAngelica audit sujet. La composition de linvention réduit considérablement les effets secondaires, tels que lhypersplénie, qui sont provoqués par ladministration de G-CSF seul pour la prolifération et la différenciation des cellules souches, du fait quelle est administrée en combinaison avec lextrait dAngelica, ce qui favorise la prolifération et la différenciation des cellules souches.본 발명은 당귀 추출물를 이용하여 골수유래 줄기세포의 증식을 촉진시키는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 과립백혈구 집락 자극인자(Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor)를 개체에 투여하고, 상기 개체에 당귀 추출물을 투여하여 골수유래 줄기세포의 증식을 촉진시키는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은, 줄기세포의 증식 및 분화를 위해 G-CSF만을 단독투여 했던 방법에 의해 야기되었던 비장종대와 같은 부작용을 해결하여, 당귀 추출물의 병용투여로 현저히 완화시켰으며, 줄기세포의 증식 및 분화를 보다 촉진시키는 효과가 있다.
