PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loose movement guide for a weaving rod capable of enlarging the length of a support leg part of a guide frame, and a weaving rod having the loose movement guide.SOLUTION: A loose movement guide 31 for a let-off rod having a mounting cylinder 52 made movable relative to the outer peripheral surface of a rod body is equipped with a fitting surface 61 on the outer peripheral surface of a mounting cylinder 52. On the fitting surface 61, there is wound and fixed a mounting leg 51c of a guide frame 51.
