The present disclosure relates, in part, to dosing regimens of α-synuclein antibodies or α-synuclein binding fragments thereof, and their use in the treatment of synucleinopathies. These dosing regimens include synucleinopathies such as Parkinson's disease (PD), Parkinson's disease dementia (PDD), dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), Lewy body variants of Alzheimer's disease (LBVAD), pure autonomy. It finds use in the treatment of neurological deficiency (PAF), multiple system atrophy (MSA), and type 1 brain iron deposition neurodegeneration (NBIA-I).
