The problem is solved by providing a glucosyl hesperetin characterized by including substantially no furfural, and containing glucosyl hesperetin at a level of at least 90 mass pcnt but less than 100 mass pcnt , of the dry solids, a method for manufacturing the same, and an application for the same.
