PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical fluid injector equipped with a regulation means capable of certainly regulating the return of a button by operation easier than a conventional regulation means for regulating the return of the button by the locking due to the elastic force of a leaf spring when the button is pushed.SOLUTION: The medical fluid injector is equipped with the pressure mechanism 40 for contracting the balloon 30 housed in a housing 20 and filled with a medical fluid to discharge the medical fluid. The pressure mechanism 40 is equipped with a piston 60 for pressing the balloon 30, a lock pipe 70 for compressing a first spring 41 to energize the piston 60, and the button 80 for pushing the lock pipe 70. When the button 80 is pushed, the contact piece 71 of the lock pipe 70 is moved along the guide groove 24 of the housing to compress the first spring 41.
