PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental therapy apparatus enabling more surely carrying out dental therapy in a low invasive manner.SOLUTION: The dental therapy apparatus 10A includes: a laser light source 11 which outputs laser light L having a wavelength in the wavelength range of 5.7-6.6 μm a control part 12 which pulse-drives the laser light source and controls at least one of the pulse width and repetition frequency of a pulse-like laser light outputted from the laser light source and an irradiation optical system 13 for irradiating, with the light outputted from the laser light source, a tooth 20 including a caries site 21.
