PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garnish rounding machine forming a large number of garnishes uniformed in a size.SOLUTION: This garnish rounding machine includes arranging a plurality of fork units (3) having openable closable two fork bodies above a tray in which Ken (finely chopped vegetable) is previously spread almost uniformly, bringing down the fork bodies until a fork edge reaches the bottom of the tray while opening the fork bodies, and closing the fork bodies of each of the units to fix the Ken by putting between the forks. Furthermore, the machine includes rotating all at once the fork units (3) a few times while clipping the Ken so as to let the Ken on the tray wind around the fork in almost the same size and become mass, raising the fork bodies followed by pushing down the Ken from the fork bodies to remove, and dishing up a plurality of garnishes of the rounded Ken on the tray.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】大きさが均一に揃った多数個のツマを形成するツマ丸め機を提供する。【解決手段】予めケンをほぼ均一に敷いたトレイの上方へ、開閉可能な2つのフォーク体を有する複数のフォークユニット(3)を配置する。フォーク体を開いたままフォーク先端がトレイの底面に達するまでフォーク体を下降させ、次に各ユニットのフォーク体を閉じて、フォーク間にケンを挟んで固定する。ケンを挟んだままフォークユニット(3)を一斉に数回転させることにより、トレイ上のケンは、ほぼ同じ大きさにフォークに巻きつき塊となる。その後フォーク体を上昇させると共にフォーク体からケンを押し下げて外し、ケンが丸められた複数個のツマをトレイ上に盛る。【選択図】図3
