PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily supplement a lost tooth of a root part when a tooth part is lost due to dental caries or the like.SOLUTION: A pulp of a tooth is extracted, a crown part 4 thereof is cut, a pulp core 5 corresponding to the crown part 4 is formed via a denture mold plaster figure, and a pulp-extracted-part communication hole 7 is provided on the pulp core 5, with it communicated with a pulp extracted part 6 of the root part 2, so as to be filled with a required filler 8. Further, pulp-extracted-part communication holes 7 can be opened in the pulp core 5 corresponding to branched root parts 2 respectively, and preferably, reinforcement posts 9 are inserted into the pulp-extracted-part communication holes 7 of the pulp core 5 so as to be reinforced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】虫歯等で歯牙部が欠損した場合に、容易に歯根部の歯牙欠損を補綴することにある。【解決手段】歯を抜髄してその歯冠部4を切断し、該歯冠部4に対応する歯髄コア5を歯型石膏模型を介して形成するとともに、歯根部2の抜髄部6に連通して所要の充填材8を充填可能に抜髄部連通孔7を上記歯髄コア5に設けている。分岐した歯根部2に対応して歯髄コア5に抜髄部連通孔7をそれぞれ開口でき、歯髄コア5の抜髄部連通孔7に補強用ポスト9を挿入して補強することが好ましい。【選択図】図5
