Provided is an oral composition whereby solubility of ascorbic acid phosphate ester or a salt thereof in a neutral range is improved, sedimentation and turbidity during low-temperature storage are minimized, and a clear appearance is maintained. An oral composition containing (A) ascorbic acid phosphate ester or a salt thereof, into which oral composition are blended: (B) a non-ionic surfactant selected from polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil for which the mean number of moles of E.O. added is 40-100 moles, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether for which the alkyl group is C16-18 and the mean number of moles of E.O. added is 20-40 moles, and polyglyceryl fatty acid ester for which the fatty acid is C12-18 and (C) an aromatic compound selected from isopropyl methylphenol, triclosan, and thymol (A)/(C) being 1-50 in terms of mass ratio and the pH at 25°C being 6.5-8.0. Furthermore, the oral composition, into which (D) sodium alkylsulphate is also blended.Linvention concerne une composition orale par laquelle la solubilité dun ester phosphate dacide ascorbique ou un sel de celui-ci dans une plage neutre est améliorée, la sédimentation et la turbidité pendant le stockage à basse température sont rendues minimales et un aspect transparent est conservé. Linvention porte sur une composition orale contenant (A) un ester phosphate de lacide ascorbique ou un sel de celui-ci, une composition orale dans laquelle sont incorporés par mélange : (B) un tensio-actif non ionique choisi parmi lhuile de ricin hydrogénée polyoxyéthylénée pour laquelle le nombre moyen de moles doxyde déthylène ajoutées est 40-100 moles, un alkyl éther polyoxyéthylénée pour lequel le groupe alkyle est en C16-18 et le nombre moyen de moles doxyde déthylène ajoutées est 20-40 moles, et un ester dacide gras et de polyglycérol pour lequel lacide gras est en C12-18 et (C) un composé aromatique choisi parmi lisopropyl méthylphénol, le triclosan et le thymol (A)/(C) représentant 1-50 en termes de rapport massique e
