PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water closet device that is improved in continuous washing performance and suppresses water in a tank from overflowing during a fault of a cutoff mechanism.SOLUTION: A water closet device includes a flowing direction change part 350 which supplies water into a tank 20 up to a cutoff water level by blocking the route of jet water and changing the flowing direction of the jet water from the inside of a throat pipe 320 to the outside of the throat pipe 320. The flowing direction change part 350 is configured to suppress the jet water from being discharged from the throat pipe 320 until the water in the tank 20 reaches the cutoff water level during water supply to the tank, and also configured to form a tank water flowing-in space 354 with a suction port 321 so as to allow the water in the tank 20 to flow in the throat pipe 320.
