PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling pad having superior adhesiveness to a joint part and high productivity.SOLUTION: This coldness and warmth-keeping pad is constituted by a flexible plastic-made bag and a cold insulator and heat insulator sealed in the bag. The bag is formed by a substantially central part located in the outer surfaces of joints of a shoulder, elbow and knee, or a corner part such as the outer surface of a heel, and a peripheral abutting part abutting on the peripheral parts.
