PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow stationary work to be performed without fuel consumption.SOLUTION: In a power take-off structure for a working vehicle including a seating sensor 35 detecting the seated state and a leaving state with respect to a drivers seat 15 and a control means 100 for preventing the driving of a PTO shaft 4 for the travel of a vehicle body and power takeoff with the detection of the leaving state of the seating sensor 35, the power take-off structure includes: an electric motor 21 driving the PTO shaft 4 batteries 22, 23 supplying electric power to the electric motor 21 and detection means 32, 36 detecting a travel-disabled state of the vehicle body.
