#$%^&*AU2012211402B220131205.pdf#####Abstract This invention belongs to pharmacology, medicine, veterinary science and pharmaceutical industry, namely to pharmaceutical compositions for the preparation of infusion solutions of antimicrobial preparations potentiating the therapeutic efficiency of antimicrobial pharmaceuticals, during the process of their solutions' preparation immediately before making intravenous infusions and the means of producing original composite pharmaceutical ingredients. The offered pharmaceutical compositions for the preparation of injection solutions of all the tested antimicrobial preparations containing the finely dispersed powder of nanostructured colloidal silica, faithfully increase their therapeutic efficiency when treating overwhelming sepsis of test animals, provoked by Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans. The offered pharmaceutical compositions for the preparation of antibacterial and antifungal preparations solutions for intravenous infusions (NaCl:Colloidal silica and Dextrose:Colloidal silica) have a significant clinically important potentiating action on their therapeutic potential when treating malignant contagious and inflammatory diseases, in comparison with traditional solvents (prototypes of the invention). 17
