The heating mechanism (50) is used for heating water flowing into the boiler body (20) to generate steam. The liquid inlet channel (30) contains: a first flow channel (30A), a water inlet section thereof being in communication with the water tank (10); a second flow channel (30B), a water outlet section thereof being in communication with the boiler body (20); and a third flow channel (30C), which communicates a water outlet section of the first flow channel (30A) with a water inlet section of the second flow channel (30B). The first flow channel (30A) extends in a transverse direction, and the second flow channel (30B) extends in the transverse direction; the height of the second flow channel (30B) in the steam physiotherapy device is greater than the height of the first flow channel (30A) in the steam physiotherapy device; and the third flow channel (30C) communicates the first flow channel (30A) with the second flow channel (30B).
