The medical motor drill includes a main body, a shaft connected to the main body, a drill unit connected to the shaft so as to be bendable relative to the shaft, the drill unit including a motor configured to receive power from the main body and a drill blade configured to be rotated by the motor, a drive force transmission unit configured to bend the drill unit relative to the shaft, and an angle adjustment unit connected to the drive force transmission unit to adjust a bending degree of the drill unit. The medical motor drill has advantages of enabling drilling over a wide range in a state in which a drill manipulation position is fixed and of enabling adjustment in the angle of the drill unit that is located distant from a user manipulation position.
