A device for emanating a liquid wherein the device is for use with a refill of liquid, wherein the device comprises: a housing with at least one exit port for emanated liquid therein a hollow and elongate extraction limb having at least one aperture therein to define a fluid flow path from the said at least one aperture into the hollow extraction limb and to said at least one exit port a heater that, in use, can transfer heat therefrom to at least a part of the extraction limb.
