The present invention relates to an artificial limb structure having a magnet locking device. The artificial limb structure comprises: an artificial limb having a magnet locking device coupled with the upper end thereof； and a socket liner unit coupled with the magnet locking device coupled with the artificial limb to be able to be attached and detached. The socket liner unit comprises an attaching and detaching member capable of being attached to and detached from the magnet locking device through magnetism. The magnet locking device comprises: a permanent magnet； a magnetic flux control unit disposed on the permanent magnet, and blocking or transferring magnetic force generated from the permanent magnet to the attaching and detaching member； a magnetic force blocking unit disposed on the magnetic flux control unit, and blocking magnetic force between permanent magnets disposed in both sides thereof； and a switch unit for adjusting the arrangement of permanent magnets on the basis of the magnetic force blocking unit. According to the present invention, the artificial limb structure has a magnet locking device capable of being attached and detached without being provided with electrical power, so an artificial limb can be easily attached to and detached from a socket liner.
