PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate, in manually threshing operation in a combine harvester, grain harvest loss due to a temporary variation of a threshed product by temporarily halting automatic control of winnowing in the threshing machine.SOLUTION: The combine harvester is provided with in a sorting air-blowing pathway from a winnower (37) to a swing sorting shelf (37), an air-blowing direction-variable means (9) that switches between a mode where sorting air-blowing levels to be blown rearward of a swing sorting shelf (1) are less than those to be blown forward thereof and another mode where sorting air-blowing levels to be blown rearward of a swing sorting shelf (1) are greater than those to be blown forward thereof.
