Disclosed herein are novel compounds comprising antisense oligonucleotides that regulate the splicing of NUMB. In particular, an antisense oligonucleotide for reducing inclusion of NUMB exon 9 in a population of mature NUMB transcripts is provided. The antisense oligonucleotide comprises a sequence of at least 7 nucleotides that is complementary to a target region within exon 9 of a NUMB transcript. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antisense oligonucleotide and methods of treating a proliferative disease using the compounds or compositions of the invention are also described.La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés comprenant des oligonucléotides antisens qui régulent l'épissage de NUMB. En particulier, l'invention concerne un oligonucléotide antisens pour réduire l'inclusion de NUMB exon (9) dans une population de produits de transcription NUMB matures. L'oligonucléotide antisens comprend une séquence d'au moins 7 nucléotides qui est complémentaire d'une région cible avec l'exon (9) d'un produit de transcription NUMB. La présente invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant l'oligonucléotide antisens et des procédés de traitement d'une maladie proliférative utilisant les composés ou les compositions de l'invention.
